1. FREE In-store Returns
To benefit from free in-store returns, simply return an item in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase, with its original receipt. Please note that worn and
damaged items will not be reimbursed.
2. $5 Flat Fee By Mail
To return an item by mail, simply contact a customer representative within 30 days of your purchase by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone
at 1-877-683-0436 and provide them with the following information:
• Your invoice number
• The name of the item to be returned
• The reason for your return
You may then proceed to return your item by mail using one of the following 2 options:
A) Print out the return ticket sent by email.
If you contacted us by email, you will receive a return ticket in your inbox. Please print out this ticket and append it to the package before sending it via Canada Post.
B) Go to the post office with your confirmation number
If you contacted us by phone, you will be given a confirmation number for your return. Simply give this number to a Canada Post representative to have them print out your
return ticket and send your item by mail.
NOTE: Shipping fees are not reimbursed for returns, and the $5 flat fee for returns sent by mail will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
We will happily refund to the original method of payment all unworn merchandise, in new condition, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt at the location of your choice.
