Contest rules and regulations

This contest is intended for residents of Canada only and will be interpreted according to Canadian Law. This contest is being conducted by Jean-Paul Fortin Inc.

How to enter

To enter online and become eligible to win a $100 Jean-Paul Fortin gift card every month, go to www. jeanpaulfortin.com and click the contest link. Enter your email address and you will be automatically registered. There is a limit of one entry per person.

Prize

There is one price per month for September 2010, October 2010, November 2010 and December 2010. The price consists of a $100 Jean-Paul Fortin gift card.

Draw

There will be a random draw among the subscribers. The draw will be held on the first week day of each month to determine the winner of the preceding month at Jean-Paul Fortin's Head office, at 2050 de Celles, Québec. The  selected winner will be notified by email. There will be a delay of 7 days after the drawing for the winner to communicate with us. In the event that the winner does not communicate with Jean-Paul Fortin Inc. within the 7-day period, Jean-Paul Fortin Inc. will make a second drawing to find a new winner.

Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Jean-Paul Fortin Inc. cannot participate in the contest.

General

Participants to this contest accept to be contacted by Jean-Paul Fortin Inc. People who wish not to be contacted in the future can ask that their email address be removed from Jean-Paul Fortin Inc. customers list.

If for any reason, the online portion of this contest is not capable of being completed as planned including, but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failures of other causes beyond the control of the sponsor, the sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest of modify the contest rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
