Our first goal is your entire satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase of a product made through the Website, for any reason whatsoever, You may return such product in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Return Policy of JEAN-PAUL FORTIN.
You have a thirty (30) day delay, from the date of the purchase indicated on the invoice, during which, You may return the product purchased through the Website, in its original package along with the original copy of the purchase invoice, either by going to any of JEAN-PAUL Fortin’store or by returning the product, by courier, at your own charges.
If You prefer returning a product by courier, JEAN-PAUL FORTIN asks you to fill out the return form hereunder. Once the return of a product is approved, a representative of JEAN-PAUL FORTIN’s customer service will send You a confirmation along with the procedure to follow by e-mail.
All returned product shall be unworn and has to be sent in its original package. Upon return of the product, the charges for the price paid will be reversed on the same credit card used to process the transaction. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of the return of a product.
Except for a specific provision of JEAN-PAUL FORTIN’s Return Policy, all other terms and provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall continue to apply.
